Proposed development of a former hotel into a nursing home with independent living units

The proposed development will consist of 110 no. bed space nursing home and 30no. 1 bedroom independent living units. The facility will also include a cafe, day/dining and multipurpose rooms, staff accommodation and landscaped areas. All while keeping the historic structures and incorporating into the new design.
